Campaign: Strategic Review for the UCHG Arts Trust
Our Approach:
A period of review internally and externally was required in order to provide the board with an objective reflection of the existing status quo. All elements of the program were thoroughly investigated and a brief analysis of the positioning provided. Round table discussions were facilitated to enable the Trust to reach a consensus in terms of ultimate aims and directions for the project going forward. Once clearly established, Spotlight Communications set about identifying all audiences for the Trust, investigating relationship development with them, positioning the project correctly and providing suggestions for attracting new audiences.
The Measurement:
The final review document was accepted and implemented by the board and a thriving Arts Trust currently exists in UCHG today with a full time dedicated Arts Officer now in place and a dedicated arts programme running year on year.
